After purchase, you will have a confirmation page load. On that page you will find all the downloads – titled as such (sometimes there is more than one file per product).
You will also receive an email with links to the downloads in a short while after you’ve checked out. Please note this can sometimes take a few hours if the server is busy.
You can also log into your account at any time and re download your patterns. To access this page, click on the ‘Shop’ icon along the top of the website and click on ‘my account’ there you will find the downloads tab.

Items are typically dispatched maximum 2-4 days from payment. You can always drop the studio a message if there’s a reason you need it sooner as requests can often be accommodated. Please note the boxes are different – please see the relevant sections on this page.
Yes and no! Printed patterns only ship within the UK. The Bag Maker’s Box and The 12 days Of Bag Making do ship internationally.
All items are delivered by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. Overseas shipping is via Royal Mail Airmail tracked.

Hi I’m Emma and I design all of the patterns you see on this site. I’m based in Surrey, UK. I have been sewing since I was about 6 and professionally since 2002 for film and TV. I am also a regular presenter on Sewing Street, a shopping channel here in the UK.
